What the kiosk does

    Greet and identifyVisitor selects their type, or redeems a 6-character invite code sent by the host.

    Capture IDCamera with guide overlay; on-device OCR extracts name, address, DOB, and license number. Manual entry is always available.

    Confirm detailsVisitor reviews the extracted fields and corrects anything the OCR misread.

    Optional selfiePhotobooth-style countdown confirms presence at signing. Admin can disable per property.

    Sign the NDAScroll-to-read enforcement, finger signature, then cycle through multiple documents if needed.

    Archive and move onA tamper-evident PDF is generated with a SHA-256 hash of the document contents and archived locally. Optional background push to your private cloud.

Data stays yours

The iPad is the primary store. Captured records are encrypted at rest in a local database so the kiosk works without a network connection and never blocks a visitor. If the property enables cloud backup, records push to a private database the operator controls — never a shared vendor. Row-level security means even a compromised iPad cannot read old records back out of the cloud.

Deployment
